Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

How long it takes

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days. Your order is picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within this window.
  • Delivery after dispatch: 3–8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
  • Tracking: every order includes tracking, emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

What this means in practice

Most US orders arrive within about 4–11 business days of placing the order. Our products ship from US-based warehouses via carriers including USPS, DHL, and FedEx.

Holiday ordering

We do not guarantee delivery by Christmas or any other specific date. Carriers experience heavy volume in November and December, and weather can add delays. If you need something for the holidays, order early — the sooner the better.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Some items ship free; where a shipping fee applies, it is calculated and displayed before you complete your order.

Wrong address / undeliverable orders

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address you provided, or returned as undeliverable, may incur a reshipping fee.
