## Shipping
**Flat $4.95 shipping, anywhere in the United States.** One simple rate — no surprises at checkout.
– Orders are dispatched from our US warehouse.
– Standard delivery: 5–10 business days to most addresses.
– You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
– We currently ship within the United States only. For Australian delivery, please visit our AU store.
## Returns
Changed your mind? No worries.
– You have **30 days** from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging.
– To start a return, email us at hello@troveandtwine.com with your order number.
– Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
– If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — return postage is on us in that case.
– For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
## Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, email hello@troveandtwine.com within 14 days and we’ll sort it out.
